The PDC ANZ Premier League launches in Melbourne this October, bringing world-class darts to John Cain Arena.
Australia’s most successful darts star, Simon “The Wizard” Whitlock, leads the charge, chasing glory and a return to the World Championship. He’s joined by legendary referee Russ ‘The Voice’ Bray, who will officiate throughout the tour.
Spanning eight arenas across Australia and New Zealand, the league will showcase seven players from local circuits, competing across eight consecutive Saturdays in Melbourne, Newcastle, Canberra, Hobart, Adelaide, Wellington, and the Gold Coast, before concluding in Brisbane.
The format mirrors the European Premier League, with Finals Night in Brisbane deciding the champion and a coveted World Championship berth.

These events serve as the cornerstone of the PDC calendar, drawing elite players and enthusiastic audiences from around the globe.
Beyond its flagship tournaments, the PDC also administers the Challenge and Development Tours, providing crucial developmental platforms for emerging talent. The Women’s Series further promotes inclusivity within the sport, while initiatives like the Junior Darts Corporation nurture the next generation of players, fostering a path from grassroots participation to the pinnacle of World Championship success.
