• Melbourne Park is introducing AXS as its new Official Ticketing Partner. Please note the following ticketing conditions for your event:
  • If you purchased tickets for Louis Tomlinson through Ticketek before 22 August, your booking remains valid, and you will continue to use your Ticketek tickets to access the event. Tickets purchased from 22 August onwards are issued by AXS.
  • Before arriving:
    • Ticketek ticket holders: Download your Ticketek tickets to your digital wallet. For ticketing support, visit Ticketek. 
    • AXS ticket holders: Download the AXS app and set up your account. For ticketing support, visit AXS.

• To ensure safe and fair entry, a random numbered wristband system will determine the order fans enter the General Admission (GA) floor. Overnight queuing is prohibited. How it works:
  • Collect your wristband between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm. Visit the Box Office in person. One wristband per ticket holder, fitted on collection.
  • Your number is random. It determines your queue position. Arriving earlier does not improve your chances of receiving a lower number.
  • Enjoy your afternoon. Leave after collection but keep your wristband securely on your wrist. Lost, removed or transferred wristbands are invalid.
  • Return by 4:00 pm. Head to Gate 8 to line up in number order. Staff will guide fans onto the GA floor in groups of 50 when doors open.
  • Please note: Your wristband does not replace your event ticket or guarantee a spot at the barrier.
• There are several options for your journey to John Cain Arena:
  • Public transport is the quickest and easiest option. Before you attend, plan ahead and allow extra travel time for any major disruptions.
  • Parking is available at the Eastern Plaza Car Park (Entrance D, Olympic Boulevard). We strongly recommend pre-booking as drive-up spaces are subject to availability. Bookings close at midnight the night before the event. 
    • Note: Accessible parking must be booked in advance by visiting your event page on AXS and selecting Accessible Parking under Available Offers. Book early, as spaces are limited. Accessible parking bookings made through Ticketek for Louis Tomlinson before 22 August remain valid.
• Bags must be A4 size or smaller, and larger bags are not permitted.
• Cloaking is available via the Information Desk (Gates 6 and 8). Any prohibited items listed in the venue Conditions of Entry will not be accepted for cloaking.
• All retail outlets are cashless. Any transactions must be made using a credit or debit card.
