Multi-GRAMMY Award-winning, diamond-selling band Train is set to make their long-awaited return to Melbourne in May 2025.

This follows an epic U.S. summer tour that saw them perform in nearly 50 cities and marks Train’s first Australian shows in eight years.

The highly anticipated 2025 Australian Tour promises an unforgettable night of music, featuring Train’s most iconic, chart-topping hits. Fans can look forward to performances of ARIA 15x platinum-certified #1 smash “Hey, Soul Sister,” the ARIA 12x platinum-certified, double-GRAMMY-winning “Drops of Jupiter,” as well as ARIA 2x platinum-certified favourites “Drive By” and “Play That Song,” alongside many more classics from their critically acclaimed catalogue spanning three decades.

Joining Train as direct support on all dates is Scottish singer-songwriter KT Tunstall, renowned for her 2004 multi-platinum debut Eye to the Telescope, which featured hits like “Black Horse and the Cherry Tree” and the global anthem “Suddenly I See.” Jason Wade of Lifehouse will also join the tour, performing the band’s biggest tracks, including “Hanging By a Moment,” “You and Me,” “Whatever It Takes,” and more.

  • There are several options for your journey to John Cain Arena:
    • Public transport is the quickest and easiest option. Before you attend, plan ahead and allow extra travel time for any major disruptions.
    • Parking is available at the Eastern Plaza Car Park (Entrance D, Olympic Boulevard). We strongly recommend pre-booking; drive-up spaces are subject to availability. Bookings close at midnight the night before the event.
      • Note: Accessible parking must be pre-booked via Ticketek
  • To ensure a smooth entry into the venue, download your tickets to your Digital Wallet.
  • Bags must be A4 size or smaller. Larger bags are not permitted.
  • Cloaking is available via the Information Desk (Gate 6 & 8). Any prohibited items listed in the venue Conditions of Entry will not be accepted for cloaking.
  • All retail outlets are cashless. Any transactions must be made using a credit or debit card.
  • If you or anyone in your party has sensory needs, our Sensory Room is located on Level 3 via Lift 1.
