UPDATED ENTRY CONDITIONS

As per the advice of the Victorian Department of Health:

  • Recent interstate arrivals from New South Wales and Western Australia should check the Department of Health's website before entering any of Melbourne & Olympic Park's venues.
  • Guests who cannot attend for any of the reasons outlined below can request a full refund here.

Tickets: On sale via Ticketek

Conditions of Entry: Guests should read and understand our Conditions of Entry prior to booking tickets and attending the event. John Cain Arena no longer offers cloaking so any prohibited items will need to be disposed of or returned to your vehicle prior to entry.

Bag Restrictions: Any item or bag that is too large to fit under a seat must not be brought into the Arena and a limit of one bag per person applies.

Pass Outs: Pass Outs are no longer available at John Cain Arena. You will not be permitted re-entry if you leave the venue before the end of the game. John Cain Arena is now a smoke-free venue. Smoking is not permitted inside the venue, on the external concourses or on the Olympic Boulevard forecourt, including during half-time.

Parking: Parking at Melbourne Park is only available to guests who have pre-booked. Bookings close at midnight the night before the event. You will not be able to drive up without a booking.

Public Transport: John Cain Arena is accessible by tram, train and bus. The Arena is walking distance from Richmond Station and Flinders Street Station.
